The project itself

Rosemellin was created on 4 October 2006.

It is managed by Nick Lake, Gillian Smith and Gordon Fenn as Directors on a voluntary basis, with Ian Bruce in the lead as Development Director and Company Secretary. Rosemellin was created to provide benefit to the community across the minus 9-months to 100-years 'plus' age group. This will include a new building with sporting, leisure, conference, drama, health, social care, training and family opportunities.

The initial key aim is the development of an innovative, low-carbon footprint building to serve the full range of needs for the community around Rosemellin, Camborne and the wider Kerrier district of Cornwall.
